The travel advisory system dey from Level 1 to Level 4. Level 4 na “do not travel” for countries like Afghanistan, Iran, Syria, Russia, and Ukraine. Level 3 na “reconsider travel” for countries like Bahrain, Chad, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, and Oman.
