As we dey talk, 170,000 Hong Kong people dey UK, but dem dey wonder wetin go happen next. This year, UK suddenly don raise permanent residency requirements, and many people dey feel like dem don fool dem.
CY Leung, di former Chief Executive of Hong Kong, don talk am before, say BNO na ‘freakish passport’ wey di UK fit change anytime wey dem like. E no lie o! Regina Ip too don shout say di plan na ‘hypocritical trick’ wey no go really help anybody. Fast-forward to today, and their predictions don come true like say dem waka with plenty foresight.
