Tuggar no dull when he talk am; he say dis agreement na milestone wey dey long overdue. Wetin dis mean be say, dem go fit travel without stress, conti-banging up di diplomatic relations! E don show say continuity dey important, and Naija don always stand for Angola, especially during dia liberation struggle.

As dem sign di agreement, Tuggar remember say Naija sabi back Angola when dem dey fight for independence. Na dem time wey General Murtala Muhammed drop classic speech wey dey talk say “Africa Has Come of Age”. Dis one na clear sign of Naija support for Angola!
