E no go easy, but dem get $1 million grant from Youth Entrepreneurship and Innovation trust fund to make am work!
Mrs. Monsurat Muhammed, wey be the FAST Project Lead, talk say if dem finish the training well, dem go collect Nigerian Skills Qualification (NSQ) certification, plus starter packs wey go help dem start work immediately. Dem go still enter Family Homes Funds database to join other housing projects wey dey happen all over the country. Na serious business dem dey do for here o!
The Katsina State Coordinator, Bldr Hamzat Isah, no dey fall hand. E dey very sure say these new artisans go fit handle complex work like POP, carpentry, and painting. E no want make we dey carry foreign artisans come do work for us again. Katsina go get their own homegrown experts!
Dem dey train the youths on plenty high-demand trades like masonry, electrical wiring, tiling, painting, and plumbing. Plus, e no dey surprise say the women wey dey participate strong wey we never see before! 28% of the trainees na women. This one dey show say women fit also enter this kind area wey e no dey common for dem.
Governor Malam Dikko Umaru Radda don make youth empowerment one of the big things for him government. E dey provide support for dem, including feeding and accommodation for all these aspiring artisans. Na serious commitment o!
