Permanent Secretary, Hafsat Tune, come give report for Birnin Kebbi say, dem go dey work from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and Friday dem go close for 12:00 p.m. Dis two-hour reduction no be new thing for northern Nigeria wey get plenty Muslim population. Na so dem dey do am to ease the pressure wey dey on everybody wey dey fast.

Dis Ramadan period na serious time for prayer and reflection for many people, e go allow workers rest well before dem continue with their daily hustle. E get as e be when you dey fast and you dey waka upandan for work; e fit hard sometimes. So, this adjustment go allow dem serve better and still keep their spiritual life intact.

Governor Idris even don use dis opportunity remind everybody, say make dem focus on peace, unity, and national development. But no be only good news dey flow; for Kano State, wahala dey for entertainment lovers as Censorship Board don order closure of all entertainment places during Ramadan. Dem say e go create better environment for people wey dey fast but pipo wey dey enjoy life for night no go too happy with this news. Na wetin e be!
