According to wetin we hear from the Police PRO, DSP Aliyu Abubakar, this action na fresh matter wey happen for Kafur Local Government Area on February 6, 2026, around 12:10 a.m. E no be small wahala o, as suspected bandits waka enter Sabuwar Kasa village, carry rifles come fire shot as dem dey rustle cattle.
But no worry, as police people no dey slack again! Dem quickly gather operatives, military boys join dem plus Katsina State Community Watch Corps. With all this muscle, dem track the bandits roun’ and dem engage in hot gun duel. Na so dem scatter dem with correct tactics and sharp firepower. The bandits no fit stand their ground!
As the smoke clear, na 554 animals don dey back home. 290 cows and 264 sheep don return to their rightful owners, and wahala don end for that side. E be like say bandits no go rest until dem learn say our security boys too sabi their work reach.
But wait! Na no be only cattle dem recover. Back on Sunday, around 12:05 a.m., police and vigilante boys wey dey patrol for Falale forest, Jibia LGA, stumble upon some dangerous materials. Dem find 1 PKT and 2 AK-47 rifles, with plenty bullets wey dey hide well-well. This one na clear sign say some bad boys dey plan something wey no good.
Abubakar talk say dem dey investigate to find out who hide the guns and wetin dey happen for that side. Police Commissioner, Mr Bello Shehu, don praise the bravery of all the boys wey engage for dis operation. He assure the people say dem go continue to dey protect Katsina. He even urge citizens to dey sharp and report any suspicious movement to help dem capture the bad boys.
