Vice-Chancellor na Jami’ar Olabisi Onabanjo, Ago-Iwoye, Prof. Ayodeji Agboola, ya bayyana cewa suluhun da zasu magance matsalolin da Najeriya ke fuskanta suna cikin gida, ba waje ba.
Agboola ya yi tir da hijirar matasa da sauran ‘yan Najeriya, wanda aka fi sani da “Japa syndrome,” ya kuma yi kira ga masana ilimin zamantakewa da ilimin kimiyya na Najeriya da su shiga aikin dabarun don komawa da wannan al’ada.
A cikin wata sanarwa da aka fitar a ranar Talata, Agboola ya bayyana haka ne a wajen taron shekarar 29 na kungiyar masana ilimin zamantakewa da kimiyya na Najeriya, wanda aka gudanar a jami’ar.
Ya ce magance matsalolin Najeriya ya wuce kawai manufofin gwamnati; ya bukaci masana ilimin kimiyya, al’umma da sauran masu aiki don samun gobe mai kyau.
Taron, wanda aka shirya tare da makarantar Oba (Dr) Sikiru Kayode Adetona School of Governance Studies, ya mayar da hankali ne kan “Rebuilding Nigeria: Approach to Effective Governance and Social Transformation.”
Agboola ya yi kira ga masana ilimin kimiyya da su hada kai su kirkiri suluhun da zasu magance matsalolin tattalin arziki, siyasa da zamantakewa na Najeriya, inda ya kace a barin dogaro ga masu siyasa.
“Mun ne kadai za mu iya magance matsalolin mu; ba waje ba za su zo su magance abubuwa don mu, ko da yawan son mu,” in ji Agboola. “Idan sun yi son mu, ba za su zo su tafi da mafi kyawun akalun mu ba.”
Ya ce yin gudunmawa na masana ilimin kimiyya ya zama dole don kawo canji na ci gaban kasa.
“Yadda mu ke magance mulki da canjin zamantakewa ya zama ta kawo kowa cikin kawo kowa, ta dorewa da ta kawo hadin kai. Ya zama ta amince da bambancin kabila, al’ada da addini na Najeriya, tare da kawo hadin kai da samar da damar ga dukan mutane,” in ji Agboola.
