Nayak talk say di celebration go gather alumni, students, and teachers to highlight di school journey from humble beginning to cornerstone wey dey support education for Hiriyadka. Principal, Manjunath Bhat, emphasize say di faculty dey committed to give holistic education, using both Kannada and English as di medium of instruction.
Some notable alumni of di school include former vice-chancellor of Manipal Academy of Higher Education, B. M. Hegde, agricultural economist N. S. Shetty, and IAS officer H. Rajesh Prasad. Dem also mention say late Chief Election Commissioner T. N. Seshan serve as di chief guest for di school golden jubilee celebration.
Di school dey plan to develop infrastructure with estimated fund of ₹1 crore, wey dem go raise through philanthropists. Udupi district get nine Karnataka Public Schools altogether.
