NAIROBI, Kenya – Maria Sarungi Tsehai, mai fafutukar kare hakkin bil’adama daga Tanzania, ta ba da labarin yadda aka sace ta a birnin Nairobi na Kenya ranar Lahadi da yamma. Ta bayyana cewa wasu mazaje masu dauke da makamai sun yi mata fushi, suka shake ta, kuma suka tilasta mata shiga mota.
“Na tabbata cewa dalilin sace na shi ne don samun damar shiga shafina na sada zumunta da kuma aikin da nake yi na fallasa abubuwa,” in ji Tsehai, yayin da masu sace ta ke tambayarta yadda za ta buɗe wayarta.
Tsehai, mai sukar shugabar Tanzania Samia Suluhu Hassan, ta yi zargin cewa gwamnatin Tanzania ta dawo da “zalunci” a kasar. Ta gudu zuwa Kenya a shekarar 2020 don neman mafaka bayan fuskantar barazanar gwamnatin marigayi shugaba John Magufuli.
Ta bayyana cewa an saki ta kuma an bar ta a wani “hanya mara kyau, a wani wuri mai duhu.” Daga nan ta tafi zuwa babbar hanya kuma ta nemi taimako daga mutane. Ta sami damar tuntuɓar mijinta ta hanyar kwamfutar tafi-da-gidanka kuma ta yi odar motar haya don komawa gida.
Tsehai ta zargi gwamnatin Tanzania da abin da ya faru amma ta ce tana tunanin masu sace ta na daga Kenya da Tanzania. Hukuma daga ko wace gwamnati ba su yi magana game da lamarin ba.
Bayan an saki ta ranar Lahadi, ta raba bidiyo ga mabiyanta miliyan 1.3 a shafinta na X, inda ta bayyana cewa ta ji tsoro amma ta ce, “An cece ni.”
Roland Ebole, mai magana da yawun Amnesty International Kenya, ya gaya wa BBC cewa sacewar Tsehai ya kafa “misali mai hadari.” Shugaban Kungiyar Lauyoyin Kenya, Faith Odhiambo, ta ce a shafinta na X, “Ba za mu bar kasarmu ta zama mafaka don kama mutane ba.”
Tsehai mai fafutukar kare hakkin mallakar filaye da ‘yancin fadin albarkacin baki a Tanzania. Akwai damuwa cewa Tanzania na iya komawa ga mulkin danniya na marigayi shugaba John Magufuli, duk da cewa magajinsa Samia ya dage haramcin tarurrukan ‘yan adawa kuma ya yi alkawarin dawo da siyasa mai gasa.
A shekarar da ta gabata, an kama dubban ‘yan adawa kuma wasu an kashe su da munanan hanyoyi. Kungiyar kare hakkin bil’adama ta Human Rights Watch ta bayyana karuwar kama ‘yan adawa a matsayin “alamar mummunan alama” gabanin zaben shugaban kasa na 2025, wanda zai gudana a watan Oktoba.
Kungiyar Change Tanzania, wacce Tsehai ta kafa, ta ce a wata sanarwa a shafinta na X cewa sun yi imanin cewa jami’an tsaron Tanzania ne suka sace ta “don sukaɗe sukar gwamnati.” Ta kara da cewa “jaruntakarta na tsayawa ga adalci ya sa ta zama hari.”
A cikin ‘yan watannin da suka gabata, ta nuna damuwa game da amincinta, inda ta ba da rahoton cewa an ga wasu mazaje biyu da ba a san su ba suna neman ta a gidanta yayin da ba ta nan.
Kenya tana da tarihin ba da damar gwamnatocin kasashen waje su sace ‘yan kasarta su aiwatar da fitar da su ba bisa ka’ida ba, wanda ya saba wa dokokin kasa da kasa. A shekarar da ta gabata, an sace shugaban ‘yan adawa na Uganda, Kizza Besigye, a Nairobi, wanda aka ce jami’an tsaron Uganda ne suka yi, kuma aka kai shi kan iyaka don yin shari’a a kotun soja.
Gwamnatin Uganda ta ce Kenya ta taimaka musu a cikin aikin – amma gwamnatin Kenya ta musanta hakan. Ebole ya gaya wa BBC cewa “zai iya zama wani maimaitawa” na halin da Besigye ya fuskanta.
A cikin kasar, Kenya ta fuskanci karuwar sace-sace, bayan zanga-zangar matasa da suka yi a shekarar da ta gabata game da shirin karin haraji. Ranar Lahadi, wani minista wanda aka sace dansa a watan Yuni na shekarar da ta gabata ya soki gwamnati game da yadda ta bi da lamarin.
Ministan Harkokin Jama’a, Justin Muturi, ya ce sacewar dansa – wanda daga baya aka saki – ba a bayyana shi ba, duk da cewa shi babban memba ne na gwamnati. A lokacin, yana aiki a matsayin babban lauya.
Wata kungiyar kare hakkin bil’adama da gwamnati ke tallafawa ta ce sama da mutane 80 ne aka sace a cikin watanni shida da suka gabata. Sace-sacen ya fara ne bayan zanga-zangar adawa da haraji da aka yi a watan Yuni na shekarar da ta gabata kuma ya ci gaba da faruwa ga masu sukar gwamnati.
