Di launch of di website happen on Monday, October 23, 2023, during one press conference wey dem host at di State Secretariat. Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu talk say dis online initiative na part of di government’s commitment to improve effectiveness and transparency for governance.
“We sabi say plenty people dey struggle to find government services or information, and we no wan make am dey hard for our citizens again. Dis website go serve as one-stop-shop for all di services wey we fit offer,” Sanwo-Olu talk.
Di new website go feature categories such as health, education, transport, and environmental services. Users fit access di information easily by simply clicking on di categories. Additionally, di state dey plan to integrate online payment options to make service requests easier.
One resident, Amina Ibrahim, express her joy over di new site. “E go really help many people, especially those wey no sabi go around to find government offices. Now, we fit just check online and get di help we need from di comfort of our house,” she talk.
