Kungiyar National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) ta fitar da wata sanarwa ta bayyana cewa Musiliu Akinsanya, wanda aka fi sani da MC Oluomo, bai tsige a matsayin shugaban kungiyar ta NURTW ba ta hanyar kotun Appeal a Abuja. Alhaji Moshood Ajao, wakilin yankin Kudu maso Yamma na shugaban kwamitin manyan mutane na mai shawara mai karkata ga shugaban kasa, ya bayyana haka a wata sanarwa da ya fitar.
Ajao ya ce MC Oluomo ba shi da alaka da kowace shari’a da aka yi a kotun, kuma ba shi da alaka da kararrakin da kotun Appeal ta yanke a ranar 8 ga watan Nuwamba, 2024. Ya kara da cewa zaben MC Oluomo a matsayin shugaban kungiyar ya faru ne a taron wakilai na aka gudanar a Osogbo a ranar 9 ga watan Nuwamba, 2024, lokacin da ba a san kararrakin kotun ba.
Koyaya, wasu rahotanni sun bayyana cewa kotun Appeal ta tsige MC Oluomo a matsayin shugaban NURTW, inda ta yanke hukunci a ranar 8 ga watan Nuwamba, 2024, a kan shari’ar da aka kawo a gaban ta. Kotun ta kuma bayar da hukunci a kan Alhaji Tajudeen Ibikunle Baruwa a matsayin shugaban kungiyar, wanda ya tabbatar da hukuncin kotun masana’antu da aka yanke a ranar 11 ga Maris, 2024.
Ajao ya ce zaben MC Oluomo ya kasance ne domin kawo sulhu da zaman lafiya a cikin kungiyar, saboda ba shi da alaka da kowace shari’a ko rikicin shugabanci a NURTW.
