Jihar Enugu ta janye daga kotun koli da ke neman aikataren hukumar yaki da masu yi wa tattalin arzikin kasa zagon kasa (EFCC) da kuma shirin kawo hankali kan kudaden haram na Najeriya (NFIU). Wannan janye-janye ta faru ne bayan wasu jihohi takwas suka shiga cikin shari’ar, wanda Kogi ta fara shi a shekarar 2023.
Anambra, Adamawa, da Ebonyi su ne jihohi uku na farko da suka janye daga shari’ar a ranar 22 ga Oktoba, yayin da Benue da Jigawa suka biyo baya a ranar 23 da 24 ga Oktoba, bi da bi. Enugu, wacce ta kasance mai shari’a ta shida a cikin shari’ar, ta gama janye-jayen ta a ranar 24 ga Oktoba, 2024, bayan lauyan jihar, Kingsley Udeh, ya gabatar da takardar janye-jayen ta ga kotun koli.
Jihohi shida sun janye daga shari’ar, wanda hakan ya baki da jihohi goma sha uku wajen kai shari’ar zuwa ga karshe. Jihohin sun ce doka da aka yi amfani da ita wajen kafa EFCC ba ta bi ka’idar kundin tsarin mulkin Najeriya ba, musamman sashen 12, wanda yake bukatar amincewar mafi yawan majalisun jiha kafin a zartar da doka irin ta.
Kotun koli ta shirya ranar za a yanke hukunci a kan shari’ar, amma ba a san ranar ba har zuwa yau.
