Dem go now start the exam on Thursday, April 24, 2025, instead of Friday, April 25, 2025, where e suppose start before.

He talk say, “The 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) be set to begin on Thursday, April 24, 2025. Dis change na to fit essential commitments wey de for the Board and their partner agencies.”
As preparation don start, prospective candidates fit now print their Notification Slips, wey include important details like examination date, venue, time, and other necessary instructions. JAMB encourage candidates make dem start to print their Notification Slips from Saturday, April 19, 2025, to make sure say dem arrange well before the exam.
“What dey inside the Notification Slip: Examination date, venue, time, and other details wey important to help candidates wey wan sit for the examination,” na wetin di statement talk.
To print the examination slip, candidates need to go website www.jamb.gov.ng, click for ‘2025 UTME Slip Printing,’ enter their registration number, then click on ‘Print Examination Slip’,” di statement advise.
JAMB still strong advise make candidates dey visit their assigned centres early. “We advise make candidates print their slips and sabi their examination centres at least one or two days before di exam date. Dis go help make everything smooth on the day of di exam,” JAMB explains.
Di Board also confirm say no candidate go dey posted outside their selected examination town. “To repeat, di 2025 UTME go start on Thursday, April 24, 2025. Candidates dey advised to print their Examination Notification Slips at least one day before di exam to fit confirm their exam date and locations, to make am easy for dem to reach their centres on di exam day,” the statement conclude.
