Gwamnan jihar Lagos, Babatunde Sanwo-Olu, da Kwamandan Sojojin Tsaro, Janar Christopher Musa, sun samu zaɓin zaɓi a matsayin masu magana a taron 18th Africa Security Watch Award and Conference da za a gudanar a Doha, Qatar a ranar 10 ga Disamba.
Annonci hakan ya bayyana ta hanyar International Coordinator/Chief Executive Officer na Africa Security Watch, Patrick Agbambu, a wani taro da aka gudanar a Abuja.
Agbambu ya ce gwamna Sanwo-Olu zai zaɓi magana a kan batun taron, “Developing Modules for People-Centric Governance towards the Enhancement of Peace and Security”, wanda zai mayar da hankali kan misalin jihar Lagos. A gefe guda, Janar Musa zai zaɓi magana a kan “Nexus Between Citizens’ Socio-economic Development and National Defence”.
Batun taron an zaɓe shi don ya yi magana daidai da zuciyar matsalolin da muke fuskanta kuma ya sa hanyar tattaunawa da za sa mu samu hanyar samun zaman lafiya da tsaro a Afirka.
Agbambu ya kara da cewa, “Alhakin mafi mahimmanci na kowane gwamnati ko shugabanci shi ne tabbatar da aminci, tsaro, da farin ciki na ‘yan kasa. Ta hanyar mulkin da ke da martaba na mutane, al’umma zasu ci gaba, inda manufofin za a yi ne da mutane a zuciya, tabbatar da zaman lafiya, tsaro, da aminci ga dukan mutane”.
Kuma, an ce za a ba da lambobin yabo ga wasu masu tsaro daga sojojin Najeriya da sauran hukumomin tsaro a taron.
