CHAN 2024 Don Start: East Africa Dey Shaku Shaku for Football!

Dar es Salaam, Tanzania – My people, Naija no dey sleep! The most anticipated festival of Jogo, the 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN), don finally land for our doorstep. E go run from August 2 to August 30, 2025, and me I dey poised to see wetin dis wahala go produce for the pitch.

Omo, na five venues for four cities wey dey share three co-hosting nations: Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda. All 19 teams dey split into four groups; some get five teams while one get four. Na the top two from each group go waka go quarter-finals. For the past CHAN, Nigeria still dey chop belleful with 2009 and 2016 title. Abeg, make dem no make me vex for this one!

Group A, na Kenya dey shine like star with 10 points followed by Morocco and Congo DR. Sabi say dis teams dey try represent better o. Meanwhile, for Group B, Tanzania dey show why dem co-host as dem lead with fine play. Senegal wey be the reigning champion still dey shine like small god.

As we dey enter the knockout stage, I dey beg make una carry una wrappers and jollof rice come watch the matches. The final quarter-final fixtures dey set for 22 and 23 August. Omo, dis level go hot!
