According to South Korea‘s intelligence agency, National Intelligence Service (NIS), between October 8 and October 13, Russian naval vessels carry about 1,500 North Korean special forces to the Russian coastal city of Vladivostok.
These North Korean soldiers dey wear Russian military uniform, get Russian weapons, and even get counterfeit identification documents.
