Bright Idahosa, wey dey Secretary for Edo State Liaison Committee, come drop dis gists on Wednesday wey past. E talk say, dis closed camping go start on Sunday, and na to make sure say dem athletes dey fit and ready to show wetin dem sabi.
Idahosa clarify say, na only the best of the best wey dey under-20 age category go fit represent Edo. So, no be everybody go fit enjoy dis opportunity. The trials wey dem dey do now, na to scout the strongest athletes, and dem dey take place for all the 18 local government areas wey dey for Edo.
Team Edo no dey sleep on top dis matter as dem don already dey organise trials for all 17 sports associations wey go participate for the games. Dem trials don start since Wednesday and them dey expect say, as dem dey select athletes, dem go pick the ones wey fit carry Edo flag high.
Idahosa still yarn say, the big boss of Edo Sports Commission, Amadin Enabulele, don order say all the trials suppose end by Friday. Biko, no wahala, everything go align perfectly for dem to host other states for Niger Delta Games.
“Edo dey ready for everything wey dey come,” Idahosa affirm the readiness, “and all the sports associations suppose do their trials sharp-sharp as dem don direct.”

The Niger Delta Games na big event wey dey supported by Niger Delta Development Commission and e go gather athletes from nine states wey dey for Niger Delta area. Na serious matter, no be play play at all.
