Di whole gist dey boil down to say, Mali don suffer fuel shortage since last year October and November. Di Al-Qaeda wey dem dey call JNIM don use their power block fuel supply to many cities for di western part of Mali. So Nigerian drivers dey tiff road, and Niger government no go take am lightly.
