Dem don put injunction wey go last until January 21, 2026. Na Justice E. D. Subilim wey carry this matter come court.
The Federal Government wey no wan hear ‘jokes’ serve NARD, Dr. Mohammad Suleman, and Dr. Shuaibu Ibrahim with court paper wey go stop dem from any form of strike wey dem wan start on January 12. Di doctors don vex scatter, dem don talk say Federal Government no dey sincere at all.
Last Thursday, dem don shout give full support to di indefinite strike wey NARD don declare. Dem don dey complain say di government no do wetin dem agree for di Memorandum of Understanding wey dem sign after di doctors don stop dia 29-day strike for November 2025. Wetin be dis level of wahala wey help nobody?
Justice Subilim too don talk say any member of NARD or anybody wey dey on dem side, make dem no try enter anywhere wey go lead to any strike or protest. Di court even talk say dem fit apply to change di order within seven days after dem receive di court paper.
As e be now, anybody wey wan follow NARD for strike don already collect warning from di law. Dem don make am clear say dem no dey play. Di Federal Government don get seven days to serve NARD with di order wey dey hot like jollof rice wey just dey come off di fire. E be like say na real matter wey dey ground.
Omo, as dis matter dey play out, we go dey monitor am well, because if na strike dem wan do, e go affect plenty people. Make we watch how di doctors go take manage dis wahala wey don land for dem side.
