According to di statement, candidates wey di admission dey regulated by JAMB go verify dia results once through di JAMB Verification Service platform.

Di verification result wey go come out go then be made available to di tertiary institution wey di candidate wan enter. So na only one verification go happen, and di institution go see am.

JAMB and WAEC say dis arrangement go eliminate repeated verification, wey go help reduce financial burden and stress for admission process.

“Candidates are to pay N4,000 only, once, for the verification of their WASSCE O’Level results on the specified platform and not through their desired institutions,” di statement tok.

Dem direct tertiary institutions make dem use di verified results wey JAMB share for screening, admission processing, and other administrative matters. Dem also warn say dem no go collect any extra fee from candidates for another verification.

Under dis arrangement, WAEC don authorise JAMB to share di outcome of di verification exercise with relevant tertiary institutions for admission purposes. Candidates wey don verify dia results once no go need to repeat am, no matter how many institutions wan use di result.
