Former Minister of Women Affairs, Uju Kennedy-Ohanenye, don dey thank President Bola Tinubu for de opportunity to serve as minister. Dis come after President Tinubu sack her and four other ministers from his cabinet on Wednesday.
Kennedy-Ohanenye, wey appreciate President Tinubu for de chance to serve, vow to continue serve Nigeria and contribute to its progress and prosperity. In a statement she release on Thursday, she say it been an honour and privilege to contribute to de development of Nigeria.
She also thank Senator Oluremi Tinubu, de First Lady of de Federal Republic of Nigeria, for her invaluable guidance and support during her tenure as Minister of Women Affairs. “Her kindness and encouragement have been instrumental to my success,” she add.
Kennedy-Ohanenye no forget to thank de people of Nigeria for their unwavering support. She say, “Your trust and confidence in me have been a constant source of inspiration.” She conclude by affirming her commitment to continue serving Nigeria and doing her best to contribute to de country’s progress and prosperity.
Other ministers wey get sack include Lola Ade-John, de minister of tourism; Jamila Bio Ibrahim, minister of youth development; Tahir Mamman, minister of education; and Abdullahi Muhammad Gwarzo, minister of state, housing and urban development.
