Dem also reject emergency appeals to block regulations targeting mercury and other hazardous pollutants from coal-powered plants.

De court also add 15 new cases to their docket for de 2024-25 term, including a case involving a member of one of Chicago’s most prominent political dynasties and a rare capital case. All dese cases go be heard early next year.
