Lagos State Deputy Governor, Dr. Obafemi Hamzat, don warn Nigerians about the big danger wey climate change dey pose to Lagos State. According to am, climate change dey cause serious flooding and other environmental issues wey dey threaten the state.
Dr. Hamzat talk say the rising sea levels and heavy rainfall wey dey happen often dey cause flooding in many parts of Lagos. Him say dis na sign say climate change dey real and we need to take immediate action to prevent worse things from happening.
Him also talk about how important it is for the state government and residents to work together to reduce the impact of climate change. Him mention things like building better drainage systems, protecting coastal areas, and encouraging sustainable practices.
