Ganduje, APC Govs Beg Aggrieved Aspirants to Support Aiyedatiwa

On Sunday, dey hold one big meeting for Akure, de capital of Ondo State, where de National Chairman of de All Progressives Congress, Abdullahi Ganduje, and other governors, including Abiodun Oyebamiji of Ekiti and Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos, come to beg de aggrieved aspirants to support deir governorship candidate, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, for de upcoming election on November 16.

Ganduje tell de party members say dem must work together to win de election. He say, “Our mission is to assure you that our party is solidly behind you, that de party at de national level is behind you. We are here to give you hope, to encourage you, to make you feel that dis election is a task that must be done.”

Sanwo-Olu also appeal to all party members, especially de ones wey still dey vex, to work for de victory of APC. He say, “I am happy for de turnout. If we come together, we will win. We are going to an election, we need everyone in dis election, that is why I brought everyone together, to come and appeal to you.”

Oyebamiji, de governor of Ekiti State, urge de party members to ensure say APC retain power in Ondo State. He say, “De November 16 election is a deciding moment in de history of our state; de victory is achievable, and we have a duty to ensure de achievement of Akeredolu is not reversed.”

Senate Leader, Opeyemi Bamidele, also talk say de party must integrate all de aggrieved members to foster unity ahead of de election. He say, “I want to say that de true heroes are de aspirants. I beg you in de name of God. Dis is actually de President’s election. Make dem (aggrieved aspirants) relevant, and integrate dem.”

Chief Olusola Oke, one of de former aspirants, say all de 15 aspirants, except one, don agree to work for Aiyedatiwa to ensure say de opposition party no take over de state. He say, “We believe say we should not allow de state to slip into opposition.”
