On Tuesday, October 22, 2024, the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) confirmed the discovery of the lifeless body of a pregnant woman at the Sam Mbakwe Airport in Owerri, Imo State. The body, identified as that of Mrs. Chinwendu Amadi, was found naked near the Runway 17 axis, bordering the Umueze Community.
