Abuja dey Suffer From Big Infrastructure Deficit – Abbas

Abuja, the capital city of Nigeria, dey face serious infrastructure deficit, according to Speaker Abbas. As the population of Abuja continue to grow at an annual rate of five per cent, the need for better infrastructure become more urgent.

Abbas talk about this issue during a recent address, where he highlight the wide gap in infrastructure development in the city. He mention that the country need about $3 trillion over the next 30 years to bridge this infrastructure gap and meet the growing needs of the population.

The infrastructure deficit in Abuja affect many areas, including roads, housing, and public facilities. This shortage dey make life difficult for residents and visitors alike, as they struggle with congested roads, inadequate housing, and other basic amenities.

In addition to the infrastructure challenges, Abuja also dey face security issues. The House of Representatives recently summon the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, and other security stakeholders to address the worsening security situation in the city. This include the rise in kidnappings and robberies, especially by ‘one chance’ taxi operators.
