Lagos State Government (LASG) and the Society for Family Health (SFH) don sign Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to tackle malaria problem for Lagos State. This partnership dey aimed at reducing the spread of malaria and improving the health of Lagosians.
The MoU, which was signed on October 23, 2024, outline the roles and responsibilities of both parties in the fight against malaria. LASG and SFH go work together to implement various strategies, including distribution of insecticide-treated nets, malaria testing, and treatment.
The initiative also include public awareness campaigns to educate people on how to prevent malaria. SFH, with their experience in public health, go provide technical support and resources to make sure the project succeed.
Lagos State Ministry of Health dey committed to providing the necessary infrastructure and support to ensure the success of this initiative. This partnership dey seen as a significant step in the fight against malaria in Lagos State.
