Nigerian Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development don talk say the Federal Government dey handle the matter of Air Peace landing slot at Heathrow Airport internally. This response come after the UK Secretary of State for Transport, Louise Haigh, say the UK government no dey involved in why Air Peace no get landing slot.
The issue of landing slot for Air Peace at Heathrow Airport don dey cause tension between Nigeria and the UK. Nigerian authorities dey push for Air Peace to get the slot so the airline can operate smoothly.
UK aviation authorities also show readiness to discuss the issue of slot allocation with Air Peace. Dem say dem ready to talk and find solution to the problem.
The Minister assure Nigerians that the government dey work hard to resolve the matter and ensure Air Peace get the necessary slot to operate at Heathrow Airport.
