Nigerian footballer Victor Boniface, wey dey play for Bayer Leverkusen and dey represent Nigeria for international matches, don survive a terrible car accident. The accident happen on Sunday, just after he score the winning goal for his team in a 2-1 victory over Eintracht Frankfurt in the German Bundesliga.
According to reports, Boniface no dey drive the car himself; he be passenger. The accident involve another vehicle, and the car Boniface dey inside suffer serious damage on the right side. Pictures and videos wey Boniface post on his Instagram Stories show the damaged car and his hand wey dey bleed.
After the accident, ambulance from Rheingau-Taunus district come to assist Boniface. He express his gratitude to God for surviving the accident, writing “God is the greatest” and “God, my time has not come” on his Instagram post.
Fortunately, Boniface and the other passenger in the car sustain minor injuries, while the driver of the other vehicle involved in the accident no get injury. This incident mark another challenging event for Boniface, who recently experience other setbacks including being held at an airport and missing a penalty.
