Fintiri Pledges ₦100 Million for Huba Development in Hong

In a significant move to bolster local development, the government of Hong has announced a ₦100 million investment to support the Huba Development Action Plan. This initiative coincides with the one-year anniversary of leadership under Chief Dr. Alheri Bulus Nyako.

Speaking at the event, Nyako emphasized the positive impact of creating new emirates and chiefdoms during his administration. He stated that these changes have not only restored dignity to local governance but have also strengthened grassroots leadership, bringing it closer to the citizens.

“Hong has always stood strong with us, and we are committed to delivering real change,” Nyako said, highlighting recent achievements in infrastructure, including new roads, schools, improvements in electrification, and erosion control efforts.

The atmosphere was charged with optimism as Nyako declared, “Adamawa is rising, and we are just getting started,” reinforcing his administration’s commitment to transparency and progress in the region.

This announcement has garnered attention in light of ongoing efforts from the state government, led by Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, to enhance living conditions across Adamawa and to promote sustainable development.
