In a significant development for the residents of Shelleng, key infrastructure projects were inaugurated today, aimed at enhancing public health and fostering local economic growth.
Among the newly commissioned facilities are a Primary Health Care Centre, the Fresh Air Town Hall, and the Fresh Air Shopping Plaza. These projects are expected to serve the community by improving healthcare access and stimulating local commerce.
Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri emphasized the government’s commitment to addressing community needs, specifically mentioning ongoing plans for a water project to ensure clean water accessibility for residents. Additionally, he reassured the public that the Kiri-Shelleng Road will be completed with asphalt, further improving transport infrastructure in the area.
“We don’t just make promises; we deliver results,” Fintiri stated during the inauguration ceremony, highlighting the administration’s focus on tangible outcomes for the community.
The new initiatives reflect a dedicated effort to enhance the quality of life in Shelleng, as well as a broader commitment to development across the region.
