Omo! Big news for Abia State as Governor Alex Otti com launch Nchedo Sexual Assault Referral Centre for Aba General Hospital. Dis na big move wey go help tackle gender-based violence wey don dey vex plenty people for the state.

For di commissioning wey happen on Wednesday, Otti talk say e go make sure sey dem gree fight gender-based violence wella for Abia. Him mention say sexual violence and child molestation na serious wahala wey dey spoil our society. We suppose change our ways so dat things like dis no go dey happen again.

Otti also hail di Minister for Women Affairs, Hajiya Imaan Suleiman-Ibrahim, wey come grace di occasion. Him invite everybody to join hand to fight GBV and make sure say women dey safe for everywhere. Dis new centre go provide emergency medical care, forensic exam, legal guidance, and even therapy all under one roof!
