Two people dey waka come and go, dem don die, and plenty people still dey hospital dey manage their injuries.
This whole drama fit make you dey wonder wetin dey happen for our political scene. Just one day before this congress wahala, political thugs don scatter APC Secretariat for Akure, e no even reach 24 hours before dem don unleash another round of gbege for Idanre. Imagine say dem attack the chairman, Ade Adetimehin, and other top men for party, dem dey mash ground like say na football pitch wey dem just score goal!
Na so we hear say vehicles don catch fire, and as e be, people no fit hold their ward congress again. One of the victims wey suffer this attack be Raphael Adetimehin, the chairman brother, and him story no sweet! Na during the attack, dem shoot am plus use machete dey chop am. I mean, wetin carry us reach here? If dem think say dem dey fight for power, why dem no fit use mouth settle matter?
According to the police matter wey dem talk, as the incident happen around 11 am, dem don confirm say three people don sustain injuries join the two wey die for hospital. Dem say investigation dey go on to find out wetin really happen, and wahala for dem wey start this gbege no go end well.
Meanwhile, the elders for APC don open mouth call for calm. Dem dey condemn the thuggery for party wey suppose dey govern with peace. Dem dey call on President Bola Tinubu make e show face and use him power clear this mess wey don happen. Wetin be democracy without rule of law?
