For Abuja wey e gather for one big event, Marwa don open mouth talk say make all Nigerian youths grab any chance wey dey for skills acquisition and empowerment. Him talk say this go help them dodge drug wahala and all the bad things wey dey follow am.
As e talk am, Marwa no dey jive. E sure am say if 10,000 youths fit learn practical skills, e go help tackle unemployment and poverty. No be small matter o! Na the same way the government dey carry their Renewed Hope Agenda go work, na so dem wan empower the youths.
Marwa tok say this initiative na correct capacity building, wey go help shape those wey fit fit tomorrow. E stress say prevention na di best way wey fit help combat drug abuse.
“No be only the government go fit solve this drug issue; NGO and all di other society groups suppose receive this call,” Marwa rally dem as e dey call for support.
Him add say, “Dis training wey dem dey do today no be charity; na to build capacity and protect our future from drugs.” E work no go finish if dem no carry everybody along, including community leaders and the private sector.
As Marwa dey look the youths face, na so e dey tell dem say dem no be burden, but na solution to the problems wey Nigeria dey face. E encourage dem say make dem take every opportunity wey dey come their way, stay clear from drugs and invest in their development.
Na true matter be say, Nigeria dey battle with heavy youth unemployment and drug abuse. Authorities don see say na dis na wahala wey dey cause crime and social instability for our society. So, na why NDLEA dey push skills acquisition programmes sharply, abi wetin you think?
With wetin Marwa talk, e clear say make we all join hand to tackle dis drug wahala. Make una no sleep for dis matter o, because e concern everybody and the future of our youths. Na dem go carry Nigeria put for better place tomorrow, if dem fit use their talents well.
