As the story dey unfold, these attackers wey dem dey call Lakurawa—dem dey tie to Islamic State Sahel Province—attack come cause plenti fear around the area. Na so President Bola Ahmed Tinubu order make Army battalion enter that place quick-quick, to start wetin dem call Operation Savannah Shield, wey be counter-offensive against this wahala.
People wey dey represent the area for House of Representatives, Mohammed Bio, don yan say everywhere dey scatter. E talk say everybody dey share different figures about the deaths. Some dey talk 100, some dey cry say e pass that one. Wetin e confirm be say the situation don turn serious as dem dey beg for Federal Government help to secure their lives.
Eyewitnesses talk say na the militants come preach say make the locals abandon Nigeria’s constitution and embrace Islamic law. No be joke! This preaching wey no gree enter well for Woro and Nuku turn bloody as people wey try to challenge dem get scatter fire as dem fire gun everywhere. Dem also try for Baburasa community but villagers no gree listen.

The Kwara State House of Assembly speaker, Yakubu Danladi-Salihu, don make agitations for sharper military operations, sey make dem flush out these criminals, while Senator Saliu Mustapha, dey call for more soldiers make dem dey patrol the area.
The opposition party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), don come out to talk say dis attack na total barbarity, dey call for real action instead of just sympathy. Dem say na high time the state gree put strong leadership down to tackle banditry. As e dey, na so insecurity turn wahala for Kwara.
