As she dey talk for ARISE News Morning Show, Aisha explain say her papa no just be ordinary leader, he really dey live out wetin e dey preach, like accountability and discipline. Na wetin make am a good leader, but also, na im make dem fit touch am. Na 50 years since the man don go, we still dey feel im impact.
She come say, “My papa no dey carry heavy security or motorcade, e dey waka like ordinary Nigerian. Na so the assassins fit attack am for road. As we talk, the man no dey take security serious like today leaders wey dey surround dem with police and all dem plenty security wahala.”
For you wey no sabi wetin happen, Murtala Muhammed na military leader wey take over power for July 1975, dem kick General Yakubu Gowon come out. But only six months after, he come gather for traffic when coup plotters come out and finish am for February 13, 1976. Omo, make I tell you, e no even reach 200 days for power before dem take am away.
Aisha no forget to talk why her papa style na wetin make dem fit close in chapter like that, she say, “He no dey parade himself, na im make am be vulnerable. If to say na today, we fit see security wey go block road and make everybody fear to touch am.”
