According to the mouth of Yusuf Adebisi, wey be the Project Communication and ICT Officer for Kwara L-PRES, the committee go dey focus on better coordination among sectors wey suppose work together. Na wah! We need this kind collaboration to put disease for check.
Dr Sanusi Abubakar, wey represent the National Project Coordinator, talk say this programme na part of wetin dem dey do under Sub-component 1.3, wey dey target animal health services. E still talk sey dem need strong One-Health platform because some people dey slack for their roles.
“We sabi sey gaps dey for the One-Health system for Kwara, and we need to close am sharp sharp,” na wetin Abubakar yarn. Na why dem gather all dis stakeholders, to make sure sey everybody dey on the same page on how to implement dis One-Health matter wey dey hot.
Dr Winnie Lai-Solarin, wey don waka plenty for animal husbandry, tell dem sey make dem dey deliberate and intentional for wetin dem dey do. “Dis One-Health approach go help all agencies to dey work together and respond fast to any health threat wey fit show face,” she talk.
