“The selection process na something wey dem dey follow tradition wey don dey for generations,” Ogidan yarn. “No amount of inducement or pressure fit change who go take the throne.” E even talk say the current protesters wey dey vex, na because they no sabi how dem dey carry the selection process go.
Ogidan explain say na misinformation dey cause all dis wahala. “We no talk anything before because we wan see how things go,” he add. E also discuss the matter of why the candidates plenty, between 95 to 100 of them, say na because the last time dem get Awujale from dis ruling house, na over 100 years ago. “Plenty pikin don grow for the family,” Na wetin Ogidan talk.
