The state education commissioner, Dr. Paddy Iyamu, talk say dis training go last six months and e dey happen for Benin City. Dem don join hand with Google and DeepTech Ready to carry this matter waka. Na so dem sabi say the future na tech, and dem no wan leave our youths behind.
Iyamu encourage di students make dem grab di opportunity because e go make dem relevant for global level. “We dey prepare these youths to compete anywhere for di world,” he talk. Dem go also set up about 25 computer-based test centres to help di aspiring tech wizards build their skills.
On top dis event, one babe wey sabi, Elizabeth Chiketarauba wey dey study Mechatronics Engineering for University of Benin, show dem im own solar-powered tricycle! E fit charge phone, power house, and even work for barbers. If na so e go dey use am for everywhere, wey don’t talk say dem dey revolutionize transportation!
Dr. Iyamu dey impressed for di invention wey Elizabeth show, so he announce one million naira support for her on top! E dey encourage students to think outside di box and create innovation wey go change di game.
