According to wetin ASP Saliu Afusat talk give us, dis new outposts na part of di Nigeria Police Force‘s plan to beef up internal security. Na on top say dem want make quick response to any wahala wey fit happen for di area and also make sure say police and community no go dey far from each other like oil and water.
Di new outposts dey for Adankolo and Zango area; dem wan use dis locations cover more ground and make dem police sabi any gbege wey dey happen fast. Dey talk say dem set up dis outposts because community folks don dey complain during strategic meetings say dem no dey see police around and security don dey dey suffer.
Commissioner of Police, CP Naziru Kankarofi no just sit down; e don assure di people say dem go sabi handle any security matter wey dey disturb dem. E talk say dey go dey on ground, ready to listen to di community anytime wey dem talk.
Dis outposts no be just building wey dem style finish; e dey represent wetin police dey ready to do to make everybody feel safe. As Kankarofi talk e, ‘We need partnership from di community; dat na di only way sustainable security go fit happen.’
E also remind police officers wey go dey posted for dis new outposts make dem carry professionalism for head, sabi di work, and respect di rights of di people. Na so dem go fit show di people say dem dey carry their security matter for body.
