E mean say, all those property wey people don collect through illegal means, government don collect am back sharperly. Na wetin we dey call ‘zero tolerance’ for land related wahala!
According to the gist, plenty of these so-called C of Os no get proper papers or files, and dem no follow the right procedures to collect am. Fanwo don make everybody sabi say na only the governor fit sign and validate any C of O. So if your certificate no show correct government signature, my brother, just pack your load!
