As you sabi, Seplat na company wey dey focus on oil and gas for our beloved Naija. Dem announce dis appointment after Olivier Cleret de Langavant, wey dey represent Etablissements Maurel et Prom SA, don gree waka come out. Na so Tony come step in sharp-sharp!

Olivier been dey onboard since January 2020, and e don contribute plenty for Seplat growth over di years. Na im why Seplat chairman, Udoma Udo Udoma, talk say dem go miss am well well. E even thank am for e technical skills wey help dem structure jara.

Now, make we gist about Tony, wey don become Seplat’s largest shareholder after im investment firm, Heirs Holdings, buy 20.07% stake for Seplat. Dis deal na serious one, valued at nearly $500 million—chai, who no go like that money! Dem buy 120.4 million shares from dem French people for $496m in total deal; una fit imagine why dem dey sweet una dey follow Sugardaddy wey no dey show face!
