Dem start the strike after dem give government seven days ultimatum, but as di matter no move, dem just decide say make everybody stay house. FCTA Secretariat no fit open, and security operatives don dey guard di place like say dem dey prepare for war. Wike don talk say most of di workers’ demands don dey meet, but JUAC no gree hear any of dat gist, dem say dem still dey fight for wetin dem want.
The case don enter National Industrial Court, and na Justice E. D. Subilim dey preside over am. Wike and dem FCTA don sue JUAC president, Rifkatu Iortyer, and di Secretary-General, Abdullahi Saleh. Dem wan make court tell JUAC make dem no do picketing and make dem allow government people waka freely! Na big challenge be dis o!
As di hearing dey go, na only di claimants dey present, while di defendants dey enjoy house chill. Wike carry strong legal team enter court including top lawyers wey sabi work well, while di judge don grant dem leave to serve court documents through newspapers and paste am for di JUAC office. E just dey show say dem serious about dis case!
Meanwhile, JUAC no wan back down. Dem still dey rally di workers to comply with strike directive as dem no wan release pressure until dem get wetin dem dey fight for.
