The event na big one wey Future Africa Leaders Foundation dey organize to give kudos to young Africans wey dey make better impact for their communities. As the Managing Director of Parallex Bank, Dr. Olufemi Bakre, talk am, the bank dey serious for this youth matter because dem sabi say Africa young population fit change the koko for how we dey develop.
Dr. Bakre no even show face himself, but him send Mr. Ademola Adeshola wey be the Head Brands and Communication for the bank. Mr. Ademola yan say Nigeria dey for the best time ever because our young people fit turn the country around due to their plenty numbers. E shock say nearly 70 percent of Nigerians na under 30. Dis statistic show say we get energy and opportunities wey dey wait make we chop!
According to dem, Africa young population na strong force wey fit lead innovation, bring economic growth, and change the way wey dem dey run things. But, make I talk true, dem go need support, better platforms and things wey go make dem shine well well.
Dr. Bakre explain say as Parallex Bank dey involved for this award, na because dem wan empower youth for the long run. Dem sabi say young people na the future of Africa, and dem no go slack for any initiative wey fit make their leadership potential grow.
