So, wetin happen be say, one guy wey dey call Ademola Louis don run enter police station shout say he don collect 20 million Naira from him to help pay investors wey dey vex for him business. But according to Olabiyi, no be so e be! E talk say that 20 million naira na part of him legal fees for service wey he don render for several cases wey the complainant bring come am.

Omo, when the police see the matter, dem run go meet the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) for legal advice. You sabi wetin dem see? According to DPP, Dr. Babajide Martins, no be stealing dem see for the matter o! Dem conclude say the allegation no really get the weight wey fit stand for court. Na wah!

The DPP talk say the whole wahala dey stem from him client’s agricultural investment scheme wey waka enter trouble during COVID-19. So, na this case make both parties dey argue like say dem dey play Kung Fu. But the DPP go ahead clarify say dem no see any proof say that 20 million naira dey meant for investor payment. Instead, e clear say na for Olabiyi service naim dem use the money.

Reson for dis wahala be say the case resemble more civil dispute than criminal matter. E mean say Olabiyi no get any bad intention to chop the money or do any illegal act. DPP advice say dem no go prosecute am again, and if e dey inside cell, make dem release am sharp sharp!
