As dem call the case for Tuesday, Anyanwu lawyer, U. C. Njemanze-Aku, come yarn say time don pass for the matter since the guy tenure don finish for December last year. E be like say Anyanwu wan dey form king for place wey e no get waka again. Na im make dem try settle matter wey don dey hot for party level. Omo, PDP guys don cork bottle serious fighting over who go sit for that position!
For court, all the guys wey Anyanwu sue come dey around, including PDP and INEC, but no be say dem dey fear am. INEC lawyer, Akintayo Balogun, eye dey flash, as e talk say this case no suppose dey happen in the first place. E don even request make court jam Anyanwu with N1 million cost. Chai! E be like say dem wan chop from Anyanwu pocket!
While all these matter dey go on, na only Anyanwu lawyer dey try talk sense for the court. He come dey beg say make dem no cost Anyanwu for this yeye situation tout, since e just comot for elections wey he lose. E dey try show say wetin happen no be him own fault. But all the other lawyers no gree o! They dey calculate money like say dem wan collect election bribe!
The judge no gree take any of their yawa, him just off the light for dem, say na him go decide. As im dismiss the case, e talk say make everybody go their way, no wahala, make dem pay their own cost. E even talk say ‘the delay no dey for any side,’ which means say as e be, na so e be!
Now, make we trace small history wey dey back this Wahala! Anyanwu na dem wan keep in mind as dem begin this fight. E don try reclaim him position after e comot to run for Imo governorship election wey e lose finish. Everything scatter when dem come say Udeh-Okoye be the one wey go take enter as PDP Secretary. E dey vex, and don drag matter dance from Supreme Court to High Court!
To crown am all, Supreme Court don throway plenty gists wey stand for Anyanwu side, but dem don dey vex say nobody wahala spoil!
