The first wahala happen for AA Ayagi filling station wey dey Kanye village, along Gwarzo road for Kabo Local Government Area, around 8:45 pm. Na so one of the firemen, Muhammad Wada Abdulsalam, call their emergency line say fire don start. Before dem reach, the tanker wey dey offload petrol don catch fire like jollof wey dem burn comot pot.
As the fire service boys reach, dem see say one fuel tanker wey get registration number XPB 999 FA don dey burn, and all the product wey dey inside don dey turn ash. Even as three compartments of the tanker dey struggle to deliver 5,000 litres of petrol, the fire just use am do pepper soup, complete destruction!
But no be only that side dem fire dey act like mad people. The second fire show face for Al-Wahida Nigeria Limited filling station for Rimin Kebe Karshen Kwalta wey dey Nassarawa LGA. Here, one tanker wey belong to BA Bello Company and dey carry about 45,000 litres of petrol catch fire as dem dey offload. Na so 17 tricycle machines also join the fire party.
For this second incident, dem say the fire burn the head and part of the tanker body, but thanks to God, dem fit control am before e spread go achieve another level of disaster.
And if you think say na only filling stations dey suffer, think again! Another fire catch Kundila Quarters wey dey near SALSA College. Here, one room, one toilet, and one corridor don turn to candle wax, thanks to the fire!
Director of Fire Service, Sani Anas, don begin dey shout since.
