Di judge still ask Ikpeazu if he don see di stay motion, he talk say dem serve am late before yesterday night. Justice Abdulmalik don tell am make he file him formal response before di next sitting. Uche come push say di judge suppose recuse herself because dem don complain say dem no trust her make she dey handle dis case.
After di hearing, di National Publicity Secretary for di PDP National Working Caretaker Committee, Jungudo Mohammed, talk for press say dem dey hopeful sey di court go rule in favour of di plaintiffs based on past judgments wey don happen.
