Dem don file dis case for Federal High Court for Abuja, wey carry label FHC/ABJ/CS/38/2026. Wetin SERAP dey ask be say make INEC gree account for dis missing or diverted N55.9 billion. No be small matter o!

Dem dey also demand make INEC expose all the contractors wey collect dis money, including their names and who be their oga. You no go believe say dem find out say INEC don pay over N5.3 billion to one contractor for smart card readers, all these without proper approvals from Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) and Federal Executive Council.

Dem say payment no get any document, means say no show for supply to INEC. INEC come talk say dem no need approval because dem consider am as national security matter. But SERAP no gree, dem talk say as per Procurement Act, e no fit apply.
