Chinese heavyweight boxer, Zhilei Zhang, don dey support Daniel Dubois to beat Anthony Joshua if dem fight again. Zhang, wey be 41 years old and still dey enjoy good form for his boxing career, believe say Dubois go win the rematch.
Zhang talk dis one after Dubois knock out Joshua in five rounds last month at Wembley Stadium, where Dubois defend his IBF world heavyweight championship. Zhang say Dubois go shock the world again if dem fight for second time.
Eddie Hearn, Joshua’s promoter, don dey talk say Joshua want another chance to fight Dubois, and Saudi boxing chief, Turki Alalshikh, also dey keen on the rematch. According to IBF rules, if the rematch go happen, e must be before April 22, 2025.
Zhang, who recently stop Joe Joyce and Deontay Wilder, advise Joshua to retire instead of going for the rematch. He say the defeat go be worse for Joshua mentally and physically.
